I’m glad to see England getting wise to all of this madness.

If someone has to be coerced, manipulated, or down right bullied into accepting a particular belief, then there is no morality behind that belie. Manipulation has been the go-to tactic for the transgender ideology.
In the book of Matthew, Jesus Christ told the disciples that, “If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet” — meaning he wasn’t going to force anyone to hear the word of God. That’s why the people who are pro-transgender are fighting so hard and bullying to uphold this ideology because there is no objective morality for them to hang a hat on.
As you said, continue to stand on the side of what is morally right and the truth will prevail.
