University of New Mexico Transfers Fifth Abortion Patient to Emergency Room In 2023
“Five abortion-related injuries in the first five months of 2023 at the University of New Mexico’s free-standing abortion facility is a grave concern.”
Anti-abortion activists in New Mexico are sounding the alarm that the University of New Mexico has sent its fifth abortion patient to the emergency room in this year alone.
“Five abortion-related injuries in the first five months of 2023 at the University of New Mexico’s free-standing abortion facility is a grave concern,” Tara Shaver of Abortion Free New Mexico recently shared.
Shaver explained that the pro-life community aims to help women who find themselves facing crisis pregnancies, but organizations that end the lives of their children have no such interest.
“Abortion facilities don’t aim to truly help these women overcome their crisis situation, they simply sell abortions and send them on their way,” she explained.
In February of this year, Live Action notes, two patients within one week were injured by abortionists at UNM’s Center for Reproductive Health and both had to be rushed to the ER.
“As a publicly funded institution, the University of New Mexico has tarnished its reputation and is losing the public trust by performing late-term abortions at the UNM Center for Reproductive Health (UNMCRH),” Shaver explained. “Not only are viable babies being violently dismembered, but unsuspecting women are being injured during these abortion procedures at a staggering rate.”
Abortion Free New Mexico is calling for the facility to be shut down.
