Minnesota becomes 11th state to introduce mRNA vaccine ban
The ambitious bill targets the problematic COVID shot, which many link to a concerning array of adverse effects
Minnesota has become the 11th state to see legislative efforts to ban vaccines based on mRNA gene technology as speculation grows about the safety of the controversial COVID shot.
LifeSite notes that the ambitious legislation, HF 3152, would stipulate that “(n)o person shall provide or administer a gene-based vaccine to another person in this state.”
The bill defines “gene-based vaccine” as a “vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology, modified messenger ribonucleic acid technology, self-amplifying messenger ribonucleic acid technology, or deoxyribonucleic acid technology.”
Those found in violation of the law could face disciplinary action from state medical licensing boards as well as fines up to $500.
However, it is unlikely the bill will pass the necessary hurdles to become law — Minnesota’s Senate is controlled by Democrats, who tend to support mRNA vaccines, and the House is split evenly between the two parties. Governor Tim Walz, former Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate in the 2024 election and made a name for himself during the pandemic of far-reaching COVID lockdown policies and a vaccine mandate.
According to Nicholas Hulscher of the McCulloch Foundation, which performs independent studies into public health and policies, the bill’s introduction makes Minnesota the 11th state to see such a proposal in the legislature, joining Washington, Idaho, Montana, Iowa, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, New York, South Carolina, and Florida.
“If I was a manufacturer of car tires and they delammed at 1,000 miles, I should be liable for that,” Iowa Sen. Doug Campbell has noted. His bill was introduced as an outright ban of mRNA vaccines but was later modified to require that pharmaceutical companies waive liability protections.
This is still precisely what Big Pharma wants to avoid, of course, as the adverse effects reported from the COVID vaccine are highly concerning. CDC researchers have noted a “high verification rate of reports of myocarditis to VAERS after mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccination” and one study analyzing 99 million people across eight countries “observed significantly higher risks of myocarditis following the first, second and third doses” of the mRNA vaccine as well as an increase in “pericarditis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,” along with other “potential safety signals that require further investigation.”
Predictably, Hulscher notes, “the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex” has suppressed most of these legislative efforts to ban the mRNA vaccine, and that most bills “pass initial committee hearings but get killed without vote by ‘leadership.’”
Congrats to Minnesota becoming the 11th state to see legislative efforts to ban vaccines based on mRNA gene technology. I'm happy to be a resident of a different state which is also doing the same thing. :)
