Chants of “Heil Hitler” heard at Israel-Paraguay soccer game
Apparently, the opening ceremony wasn’t the only shocking display at the Paris Olympic Games
You’ve likely heard by now of the shockingly anti-Christian tableau at the Paris Olympics as well as the rules that prevented Christian athletes from wearing symbols of their faith during competition.
Well, it turns out it is not just organizers of the Games that show a shocking irreverence for sacred things and human life overall — fans at an Israel-Paraguay game were reportedly heard changing “Heil Hitler” from the stands.
It appears that the Nazi enthusiasts were there to protest Israel’s activites in Gaza, as they appear to have unfurled a Palestinian flag and a banner reading “Genocide Olympics” as Israel’s national anthem played.
One wonders why, if they oppose genocide, they then issued Nazi salutes and chanted “Heil Hitler,” praising genocidal, dictatorial maniac Adolf Hitler.
Authorities reportedly removed the protesters from the stands following the incident.
Although Paris’ response to the outrage of millions of Christians over the “Last Supper” tableau featuring drag queens, authorities condemned this behavior in far more certain terms. So there’s that.
"Paris 2024 strongly condemns these acts. A complaint has been lodged by Paris 2024, which is at the disposal of the authorities to assist with the investigation," a spokesperson for the Paris 2024 Games said in a statement.
The team did not let this shocking display deter their competitive spirit, however.
"Bring on the loudest protests. They make us work harder," Israel’s head soccer coach Guy Luzon told Ynet News.
