Biden admin to eliminate terms "mother" and "father"
The latest move from Biden to erase gender...
The Biden administration’s Department of Health and Human Services has proposed that “gender-specific” terms like “paternity,” “mother,” and “father” be replaced throughout child support services regulations within the federal agency.
CatholicVote reports that the regulatory proposal, issued by the by the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and the HHS, has yet to be published.
The document “proposes to make changes to replace the gender-specific terms ‘mother’ and ‘father’ with the gender-neutral term ‘parent’ where such terms appear” in federal regulation governing childcare law enforcement.
“Additionally … we propose to remove the words, ‘his or her’ and replace it with ‘their,’” it adds.
The agency also calls upon the “gender-specific” term “paternity” to be replaced with “parentage” for regulation relating to establishing a child’s father so as to be “inclusive of all family structures served by the child support services program.”
CatholicVote notes that the proposal is meant to align with executive orders from President Joe Biden addressing “how the Federal Government should pursue a comprehensive approach to advancing equity for all, including members of the LGBTQI+ communities.”

A woman who longed to conceive another child was shocked to find herself miscarrying a happily successful pregnancy after two pharmacists mistakenly gave her abortion pills.
In 2019, Timika Thomas, who always dreamed of having a big family, was in the process of undergoing invitro fertilization treatments (IVF) as she and her husband were having trouble conceiving another child.
However, when she went to retrieve the prescription medication that was supposed to help her body support the pregnancy, she was given abortion pills by mistake.
Thomas explained to 8 News Now that the prescriptions were supposed to trick her body into thinking it was pregnant so it could carry the embryos that had been inserted into her by doctors.
As soon as she took the prescription, however, she knew something was wrong.
While she had expected cramping, she experienced discomfort that “went beyond that,” as she told the news team’s investigators.
"It was extreme. It was painful,” she explained.
When she examined the medication she’d been given, she discovered it was a drug used for abortions.
The 8 News Now crew managed to obtain documents indicating that two pharmacy technicians made a series of errors that resulted in the mistake.
"It [the error] would have been caught because then they would have had to have the medicine in their hand," Thomas explained. "And they would have said, ‘Oh, this is Misoprostol or Cytotek, have you taken this before?’ And I would have said ‘no.’"
Sadly, this error terminated Thomas’ babies’ lives on the stop.
"They just killed my baby," she said she thought at the time, adding, “Both my babies, because I transferred two embryos."
The CVS has since received the maximum fine and the technicians have been fined as well as disciplined by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy.

Parishioners at a St. Louis-area Catholic church were shocked to find a display memorializing babies who have been killed in abortion sprayed with red paint and a pro-abortion message earlier this month.
The Catholic News Agency reported that St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton, Missouri had put out the display on October 1 in honor of Respect Life Month.
The cluster of white crosses was complemented by a banner which read “Pray to End Abortion.”
The vandals sprayed the white crosses with red paint and scrawled over the banner their own pro-abortion message:
“Pro-life is a lie, you don’t care if people die.”
LifeSite notes that this is one of hundreds of incidents of vandalism and destruction of property that has taken place over the last year.
The incidents spiked last year when a leak from the U.S. Supreme Court revealed that the justices planned to overturn Roe v. Wade in the summer, which subsequently took place on June 24, 2022.
Churches, pro-life organizations, pregnancy support centers and clinics, and maternity homes have been the primary targets of such attacks.
The fire bombings, broken windows, and vandalism coincided with missives released by an anarchist pro-abortion group, Jane’s Revenge, which has taken credit for the attacks and called for “open season” against individuals involved with pro-life organizations and clinics.
Yet out of over 300 tracked incidents, just one person has been prosecuted.
